Dear Kim,

It's amazing how this man can narrate us.  But I didn't want to use all of his words, so everything in blue is what I want to say.  Blue underlined words are broken by other words, but somehow they still come together right.  I'm sure you'll get the message.

We met for a movie.  Every scene was a sign, we made out through their meaning.

Oh maybe, we were made we were made for each other.  Is it possible for the world to look this way forever?  Slow down, this night’s a perfect shade of dark blue, dark blue.  Have you ever been alone in a crowded room?  When I’m here with you, I say the world could be burning, and burning down.

Oh, it’s a picture of perfection.  And the postcard’s gonna read:  “Fuck yeah, we can live like this…we can live like this”.

Finally, I’ve found someone to duel this lonely sea.  I don’t spend my nights searching for earthquakes.

Where are you now?  As I’m swimming through the stereo I’m writing you a symphony of sound.  Where are you now?

As I re-arrange these songs again this mix could burn a hole in anyone, but

it was you I was thinking of.

You get in my car where it’s warm, you can not forget.  Skin new, hands true, my hands all over you.  So what’s another night?  The seats roll back, they can’t see through.  The rain’s the rain, some air’d be good for you.

“If you ever erase this, I may have to kill you <3 ”

I read your letter.  And you said you meant it, and there’s a piece of me in every single second of

                   every single day.

So read your books, but…

Stay out late…

Some nights, some nights...

Happy Valentine's Day, Kim.  A girl like you deserves nothing less than everything, and I am privileged for even having the chance of knowing you.  It kills me when I hurt you, and I'm afraid that you will realize you could have so much more than me if you wanted to, because I'm almost sure that you don't need me nearly half as much as I need you in my life.
